The project research and writing of its content, want to pursue artistic complicity between Giusto Pio and Franco Battiato, bringing to light an extraordinary and amazing spiritual partnership.
The volume is an opportunity to look back 85 years of the Master's life, from childhood at Castelfranco Veneto Conservatory at the studies together with Malipiero, passing through the resistance, the Milan of the fifties and come to meetings with extraordinary artists. A story in direct contact with words and new images, enriched with precious testimonies of friends (Milva, Battiato, Ballista are just a few) and colleagues from the last recording by Giusto Pio.
Presented in a brand new CD accompanies the book, the composition of the Dolomites Suite, performed by the New Banda Castelfranco Veneto, establishes the relationship of the Master with his homeland, an ode to the mountains he loves, already proposed as a hymn to the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site.
